Okay here's my pairings:
first up, 1 and 4, William Hartnell and Tom Baker. The most iconic Doctor with the first feels right. And most of Tom Baker's multi-Doctors, like Out of time with Tennant and the Curator scene with Smith, position him as the senior Doctor, so it'd be fun to see him paired with the most senior of Doctors.

2 and 11, Patrick Troughton and Matt Smith. Since Troughton was Smith's favourite and influenced his performance, I feel like this one would be quite fun to see. Same vibe as 5 and 10's pairing in Time Crash.
