2 and 11, Patrick Troughton and Matt Smith. Since Troughton was Smith's favourite and influenced his performance, I feel like this one would be quite fun to see. Same vibe as 5 and 10's pairing in Time Crash.

3 and the Fugitive Doctor, Jon Pertwee and Jo Martin. Where the Fugitive Doctor is so headstrong and bossy, as is 3, I feel like they would butt heads a lot in a way that would be very fun to watch, in the same way 2 and 3 bickering is. And having Jo Martin specifically compete with his authority I feel would act as a nice counterbalance to the occasionally chauvinistic energy of that era. Plus, I think she'd be a great fit for the 70s UNIT setting. Maybe the Brig would find her Division operative attitude refreshing, and annoy 3 by preferring this new action-y version of the Doctor.
