@An0n@beige.party i present quite masc these days. i wore a dress to a friend's wedding earlier this year*. nobody said a word about it (that i am aware of). it was a total non-issue. and it felt great! pants just *suck* sometimes. as an aside, and apropos your comment about the wind, the reception was at a bowling alley. my hem length was mid-thigh. i'm sure at least *some* of the guests knew what color underwear i was sporting that day. *this wasn't my first time in a dress/skirt in public, but it was the first time with a beard.

@saltywizard@beige.party Ha ha i love these shoes! And yeah, i generally don't expect random strangers to make any comments. But that's great youre comfortable wearing skirts and dresses out n about. I'm working myself up to that. It feels great, and in the summer it'll be way cooler than pants.

@saltywizard@beige.party @An0n@beige.party tip from someone that regularly wears skirts, I usually just wear bike or exercise shorts under my skirts. I don’t have to worry so much and it gives me a place to store things. Although I’m sure a few people are confused about my phone appearing from under my skirt.
