I always had peeked at them but they were 2.7V and needed balancing when adding more in series. now that I found there's 2S 5.5V ones readily in a package I had to do one of the most simple circuits, a flashlight. oh, and it's lit for like 15 minutes, easily bright enough for reading under the blanket, or 45 minutes dim.
