So it's been a wild time over the last week and a half. We got scammed and lost all of our savings right before we will be going on holiday, my car got smashed into and I got bitten by a spider (I think) which involved me losing the skin on my nose and an infection swelling up the right side of my face and heading down towards my throat. Now the drugs for that infection along with the cold I have picked up makes my brain feel like treacle while I am trying to memorise a mihi whakatau for an all day meeting on Wednesday that I'll be MCing while looking like the elephant man. That the 3 things + right, now it can start getting better.
