@hellcowkeith so for holiday songs, I think my favorite Thanksgiving standard was not originally supposed to be a Thanksgiving song, but it is a solid Thanksgiving tradition. Alice's restaurant. Also, I love that Carol of the bells is out. Is itself a novelty version of a song, it turns a early 20th century pagan celebration of spring song into a Christmas song and it was changed right after the original composer was assassinated for not supporting the Bolshevik revolution.
