My neurologist advised that I should try EEG Neurofeedback. Unfortunately public health insurance doesn't cover it. Well, I'm just going to DIY it. I just ordered an open source Neurofeedback device with some electrodes. https://www.olimex.com/Products/EEG/OpenEEG/EEG-SMT/open-source-hardware Everything costed me just under 200 €, which is roughly the cost of a single session.
