I get that something is going on, and they are working hard at managing it, I know how it works And that knowledge includes knowing that there are people that their sole job description is communication, between teams, between the company and the outside, that is their job, and they aren't doing it So if you are a tech person at Canonical, this is not about you, I assume you are doing your job, but where are the PMs, PR people, developer advocates, someone?
