#3GoodThings -ran into one of my favourite soup kitchen patrons while I was out for a walk and chatted for 15 minutes or so. He told me something he doesn't tell many people, so I did the same. -got another free bus ride, and my response to the situation made the bus driver laugh -my body, mind, and spirit all had some activity today
