Exactly. Hence my point about fixing the off ramp. 3:1 still gives you something after uncle scam steals your money for taxes.

yea, i'm not sure even at that rate it'd be worth it if my standard of living didn't go up a lot cosnidering how much free time i have to do things iw ant, and earn moeny under the table to fund my habits.
