First, what we do NOT use the donations on - none of our organizers at PyOhio are paid for their work, which lasts all year in some form or another. We are all volunteers, and we want the funds to go right back to the community, so we use it on the expenses for the event.

🏢 Venue costs PyOhio currently hosts at the Cleveland State University Student Center, which offers *extremely generous* rates to us to use their facilities: Event space rental (including A/V for mics, speakers, projectors, etc): $6474.60 ☕️ Venue options (approx). We can provide these if sponsors are able to cover the costs. Coffee Service: $3000 / day Breakfast snacks: $4000 / day 🧵 3/6
