🏢 Venue costs
PyOhio currently hosts at the Cleveland State University Student Center, which offers *extremely generous* rates to us to use their facilities:
Event space rental (including A/V for mics, speakers, projectors, etc): $6474.60
☕️ Venue options (approx). We can provide these if sponsors are able to cover the costs.
Coffee Service: $3000 / day
Breakfast snacks: $4000 / day
