Little rubber nubs are glued to the wooden rails to keep the drive in place. I think longer-term I'd prefer some kind of mounting screws, but we'll see. And once I decide about that laptop, I'll add some way to mount it (in a removable manner) so it's not just sitting loose on top.

Very tempting to glue this leftover piece to the side of the box and use the hostname "cheese" for the machine. [EDIT: my wife said I should do it but call it "murray", which.. makes more sense. Sometimes you just get so distracted by the thought of tasty delicious cheese that it impedes your thinking.]
