Moving all my domains away from iwantmyname somehow felt weirder than me leaving NZ’s borders, but it was well past time. The costs were a factor, but the inability to email me an invoice was the clincher, as was the non-existent support and several week response times. Logging in to download a PDF might work for once a year customers but is not scaleable. End of an era.
