@TheQuinbox@dragonscave.space Thanks, I, for one, appreciate all your work. Just one question if I may ask it. I'm running PB on three machines one of which is a seriously underpowered surface go. Have you tested, if I may ask, opening and moving through books and compared the new rust to the old language, I believe C++? If so, and again I'm talking strictly about navigation and opening, which is faster? The new features are nice, and I want quite a few of them, but I'm sticking with 0.6 on Win7 and don't want to upgrade this weak Windows 10 machine if that's going to increase reaction time for opening and navigating through books, even though other performance stuff may be faster. Any ideas would be very gratefully received, and I'm sorry if this is an obvious question, I know nothing about coding.

@techsinger@tweesecake.social Rust seems to generally make loading and parsing books faster, for example it cut down on the time required to load Worm by about 600 MS. The UI is still written in C++, so that should feel the exact same.
