@TheGentleKlingon@mastodon.art hopefully less dire, yeah. :blobcat_amused: Still requires a lot of expertise, most of the how-to guides believe that you're familiar with how to make bread already, and there's equipment etc that no one tells you to buy until you're already deep in the hobby. You can absolutely pay someone else to do it for you, but you'll be paying out the ass if you do, and in the meantime, if you just wanna go with whatever mass-produced bread is out there, it's full of god-knows-what kind of preservatives and fillers.
