Also known as Band 31. It used to be Ice's main selling point back when they only did mobile broadband, because they took over the NMT450 network and converted it to 3G, then later 4G. However it was mostly useless when they started doing mobile service, since afaik absolutely zero mobile phones do Band 31. And now that they migrated to 5G, they seem to have left 450MHz behind, and they now provide a regular Nokia mobile broadband router, which doesn't support that band at all. I assume they either couldn't find a manufacturer willing to customize a 5G router to support 450MHz, or they couldn't be bothered to. Makes sense that phones don't support it though, even if a manufacturer bothered, the required antenna size would probably be impractical for most modern phones.
