@miyotehew@turtleisland.social what a nice shot, I love these birds! I heard a couple calling on my last birding outing, but couldn't spot them...

@idzie@kolektiva.social Thank you, same :) they visit from time to time. These smaller ones use city green ways ground to mid level, tree top is all crow here..The largest Pileated I've seen was in a steep mountainous area with no crows present.
