A little story for the Canadians and Canadian-friendly Americans: I called up my buddy Joe. You know, Joe in Ontario? Anyway, I said "Hi, Joe" and he says "hey buddy, I'm busy." I get a little excited because Joe gets weird ideas on account of dropping his mitts a few too many times. "Givener?" I ask. "Fuken-rights givener," he replies. "Why?" I inquire. "Tariffs", Joe replies. I smell hijinks, so I've gotta ask: "Joe... what are you doin?" He sighs.
