@ireneista@adhd.irenes.space @atax1a@infosec.exchange I thought car batteries operated at voltages too low to be a shock hazard. Analog circuits at least used to operate at ±15V and engineers would poke around in them all the time. Obviously the current was much lower, but 1A and 100A are equivalent from a shock perspective unless there is a huge inductive kick that generates much higher voltages.
