@dvandal@infosec.exchange Over the course of my journey from junior software engineer to senior software engineer, I watched with a tinge of sadness as the ratio of "coding to mentoring" steadily shifted over the years... the only fun part of the latter was watching people learn. "Mentoring" without learning sounds like an utterly thankless task...
