    @jripley We did exactly the thing described for Electric Imp crash telemetry: if the faulting address in the report was just one bit off from what would be a valid address (and especially if the same unit had done this repeatedly), then the default assumption would be that it wasn&amp;#39;t a software issue.     Lots of side-eyeing today of Microsoft&amp;#39;s disclaimer that &amp;quot;Copilot is for entertainment purposes only&amp;quot;. In the UK you&amp;#39;d often see that disclaimer used by clairvoyants etc., on the basis that taking money for purported actual clairvoyance would be a crime under the Fraudulent Mediums Act 1951, as it&amp;#39;s viewed as taking unfair advantage of the customer&amp;#39;s mistaken belief that actual spirits were being consulted.
