I really hate this period of social networks. 😞
Twitter is pay-for-reach and Nazi bar
Mastodon reach is marginal
There's no tech on bluesky
Threads is an engagement shit show (like all Meta products)
Reddit is ok for niche things that are not people centric (3D printing)

I'm in particular annoyed with pay-for-reach since it shoves self-aggrandizing people into my feed. I want to hear from the intelligent low key folks. There's something fundamentally wrong. I'm annoyed with Mastodon decentralization since I see a small subset of replies, and mine is hidden as well, which lowers discuss efficacy.
