@stellarskylark@solarpunk.moe There's some nut free Indonesian food I can think of that I like. There's the basic fried rice (nasi goreng), turmeric rice (nasi kuning), fried noodles (bami pangang), some pastries like martabak or rissolles. Bao-like steamed buns called bapao, desserts like fried sweet plantain or es cendol. If you ever want a specific recipe lmk and I'll send you one!
