@bifouba@kolektiva.social I don't have the link, but I remember reading that! If I'm thinking of the same piece, the argument was that Antarctica is vastly more hospitable to life than Mars ever will be 😩

@AnarchoNeighbor@kolektiva.social Yes, that sort of thing. And what it mentioned that I have not seen in the others I found is that the dust means that none of our construction equipment could be used there without failing immediately and that we therefore have to first re-invent every single piece of machinery to be used.
