Funny story, I heard about some silly scalpers getting baited into buying large amounts of Yugioh cards that will only ever lose value and decided to see how my 25 year investment in a promotional Blue-Eyes White Dragon is doing. Turns out it's an extremely rare card they only printed for Swedish Shonen Jump and it's selling on Ebay for hundreds of dollars. The moral of the story is, investing in collectibles at zero cost and zero storage cost just possibly might pay off over time.
