Spinach tofu served with rice. I got the recipe from YouTube. The Divine Chef,iirc. Sautee onion, garlic, spinach,tofu. Whisk together plant milk,veg broth, cornstarch, seasonings and add to pan. Cook to desired consistency. Serve with rice.
