@simon@procrastodon.net That's a lot of TV equipment. I can't say I can relate in any way on that front, but what I can relate to is not caring for any of the multitude of inconsistent interfaces and user experiences across a multitude of platforms. I have multiple collections of things I got from sources who got them from their sources, and thus Winamp, a pair of Corsair HS80 headphones, or my mixing console and studio monitors do just fine for media consumption for me. When mobile, iPhone and some sort of media player that supports network playback over aVPN connection, and that's all I really need and want.
