Youtube algo is nuts. I watched one short (which I almost never do) with Josh Johnson from the Daily Show and now 2 of the first 8 videos show him, 3 of the first 10, and he's in almost every row. This is where Google doesn't understand humans at all. Youtube, ads, emails, nothing! One instance - one search, one video, one email, etc does not equal interest.
