I am so confused. Who is Carney afraid of? Why do we need this military build up? It clearly not to prevent aggression from the US or protect " sovereignty" since he is to continuing to buy and sell weapons and mitary equipment with the US and US companies. He is even considering participation in the Golden Dome missile defence system proposed by the US.
