  @SnowyCA@social.vivaldi.net thanks, it's a terrible development - a PM hungry for war revenues and Colleges starved for income with international students blocked. I'm sure lots will jump aboard.😞 This is what the Chair of our Centre for Peace stated in response: "The DIS is a plan to intentionally, transparently profit from a war economy. A national – or institutional – economic growth strategy that is designed to capture the economic advantages of war ultimately depends on the continuation of war."
