@nonehitwonder@tenforward.social I'm reminded of the adage "A lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part." The only reason to need employees to work longer is because there aren't enough employees. Get more of those *before* you're so desperate that you feel the need to force unhealthy and unsustainable work schedules on the ones you already have.
