I'm also doing weight calculations on this. (I'll do pricing too, eventually, but waiting until I'm closer to making a purchase before getting quotes.)
86 inches of 8020's 4040 is about 11 pounds.
86 inches of UO's P1000 is about 13 pounds.
That is a small enough increase that it's probably moot.
And unistrut is supposedly significantly cheaper than extruded aluminum.
So If I can get significantly more strength (less bending/deflection) out of a cheaper but only slightly heavier material, that seems like an easy and obvious choice.
