@concretedog@mastodon.social I have both, but my M5 tap is really cheap and nasty and my 3D printer is expensive and good! Plus the 3D printer can print M5 threaded holes that are good enough for a lot of purposes!

@alphabetter@mastodon.social the questions are more about a project which will use 3d printed parts, and also may or may not involve tapping a hole in an alu extrusion.
