@MugsysRapSheet unfortunately, this isn't correct. the pied a terre tax is still being debated and is not part of the NYC budget.

@Amoshias@esq.social First, even if the budget isn't passed (and it will since they have a Dem majority), the fact is he produced a Balanced Budget. Whether or not the City Council accepts it is a separate issue.
