@oblomov@sociale.network Jesus, taking off Manifest v2 from Chrome wasn't just a cover up after all.
And to think this was all part of a plan that we weren't able to find out for decades is also genuinely terrifying.
This is ridiculous. Let this awareness enlight how these Google assholes are downright depressing us. Let everyone know that Google is not their right to ruin the web standards. Fuck them.

@AleF2050@livellosegreto.it BTW I'm currently adding a note in the article about the alternatives if it gets removed; for Firefox, it would be possible to write an extension that implements e.g. SaxonJS and provide even XSLT3 to process XML files “natively”, but do you know if this would or would not be possible with the new Manifest rules in Chrome?
