However, the focus of #orgdown are people that might not use Emacs once in their life. 😉
So adding at both pages would be the way to go IMO.

@publicvoit@graz.social @screwlisp@gamerplus.org Why to Org people? If you go to https://orgmode.org/, it has a link "Outside Emacs" and "Mobile/Web". Those links both point to the tools page - the idea is to provide info for people who are interested in parts of Org but not in Emacs.
