#WordWeavers Dec 31: Year end celebration? Yeah, I touched on it a few daily questions ago, but the official new years observation is much the same as it is in our reality. The main difference being that most stores are closed on the last day of the year, since people are sleeping in perpetration for staying up all through the night and through to lunch (~ish) the next day. Traditionally, a great feast of fatty meats is held, and in the morning, revellers gorge themselves on sugary cereal.
