OK, early days, you might expect the early adopters to adjust. But when you are talking mass tech, it should adjust to people, not the other way around. (That was a core part of my PhD, so yes, I am passionate about it. And I have seen, since I finished, things have gone backwards, not forward. It is tragic/disgraceful).
