@annecavicchi@mindly.social There are some very clever technologies emerging, reprogramming the patient's immune (T) cells against their tumour, worth looking for a trial. It is never wrong to get a PSA check, but it is less than certain what best to do with a lot of the results. There is a large study going on which may help that.
