@cristianrasch@fosstodon.org I never used to experience that but I get it more often than I did nowadays... though I actually I most often get it from making spicy posts on the fediverse, because I used to be much more prone to argue online and thus the anxiety comes from occasionally overstepping here where I'm way more motivated to be polite. I still occasionally roast random bad Youtube comments and don't feel bad about it, but it's nevertheless not good for me, which is why quitting all interaction with comments is next now that I've eliminated chasing the algorithm.
