I’m no expert, but 中国 is China in Mandarin / Hanzi. I don’t see it when scanning, even though there’s a direct reference to the Chinese government. It’s a shit post, probably a silly-haha. I thought it was a little weird. 不客气

I'd believe this photo to be real if it wasn't posted here, that's how ridiculous this pedophile is... It also would not surprise me one bit if the pedophile sold US to China if he hasn't already, and if he did, announced it proudly and his base would still be like "ohhh it's all part of his plan, I mean I trust him.. we need to be ran like a business, sometimes you gotta sell to a different company to make things better."
