@RockyC@fosstodon.org We've seen how long forever judgements last in the New America - it's until the next regime arrives and undoes everything they don't like about the previous regime. That's precedent. Undo the pardons, re-launch the investigations, roll back the fines and prison sentences, remove the immunities.
