@mlanger@mastodon.world Ukraine has highly competitive drone manufacturing companies. They only survive by being effective on the battlefield, relentlessly innovative and customer oriented. I’m confident the US could as well.

@RalphBassfeld@swiss.social I'm not so confident these days. It seems that personal connections are required to get contracts with the government and they don't always reward contracts to the best in the business. Our country is extremely screwed up right now.
