2/2 Re the Model Constitutional Convention- it’s convenient that the failure of the U.S. Constitution to effectively check Executive power (at least inthe aftermath of money is speech rulings) and to prevent autocratic capture of the judiciary is all on full display for the students envisioning a Constitution. 🧐 #law #constitution #stlouis #wulaw
