yesterday's weather included 97 degrees in may, so much blowing dirt while we were out decorating graves in the country cemeteries that i'm still shaking grit out of my hair (RIP the topsoil on the one tiny chunk of farm ground the family still owns), racing a tornadic storm for more miles than was probably at all wise, and some brief torrential downpours. maybe it will snow in the next couple days and really round things out.
