That flexibility is the point of this tag.
And for podcasters, like me, who don't mind publishing a feedback email address and voicemail phone number, it provides that in a consistently structured way.

@theDanielJLewis@podcastindex.social yeah, but could we not utilise the txt tag for this - genuine question as that is what that tag was designed to be the be all and end all tag.
