    @dahukanna@mastodon.social We need a different system for good publications. If we really look at "refereed" journals they are closer to predatory journals than one would think. Except that the referees are usually less biased than the referees of predatory journals and retractions sometimes do happen. Damage done, just like vaccines and autism, smoking and lung cancer, fossil fuels and climate change.
