@jenniferplusplus@hachyderm.io @masukomi@connectified.com yeah it's only that package registries and app stores are central points of control which have increasingly been doing oppressive things lately, so when we realized that anyone could do the citation analysis thing, that seemed like something to remember in case it becomes relevant to a project at some point
