When someone raises a community concern about a poverty or policy issue, why do some randos always come thru with a brag about how much better off they have it elsewhere? Are they ok? Do they think they are being kind? Helpful? Informative? "The People" do not have access to better policy and governance just because it may exist somewhere else. Yet here they come, acting as if the citizenry can simply make a wish on a comment and liberate ourselves.
